  • The Truth, No Matter How You Look At It!!!

No matter how you look at it, no matter how you may feel about it or better yet no matter whether you accept it or not. The Truth is and always will be just that, the Truth. And no matter how you want to accept it, the Truth is the concept of Jesus Christ, The Bible and the Heavenly Father, your whole religious belief system was forced upon you by the very same people that enslaved and slaughtered millions. You are ready to rise up and stand against the oppressor but yet pray to the same God that He told you was the One True God. So now the question becomes whose prayers does God listen to, the Oppressor or the Oppressed. Well accordingly to the Holy Bible that the Oppressor gave you, the answer is very clear. Ephesians 6:5-9 King James Version 5  Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ; 6  Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart; 7  With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men: 8  Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free. 9  And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him. Ephesians 6:5-9 New International Version 5  Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect and fear, and with sincerity of heart, just as you would obey Christ. 6  Obey them not only to win their favor when their eye is on you, but as slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from your heart. 7  Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people, 8  because you know that the Lord will reward each one for whatever good they do, whether they are slave or free. 9  And masters, treat your slaves in the same way. Do not threaten them, since you know that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no favoritism with him. Now I want you to seriously take a moment and think about that. I mean seriously think about it. This country was literally founded off the enslavement of Africans and the Indigenous People that were already in the so called New Land discovered by Christopher Columbus. Yes, you heard me right the New Land was already inhabited by numerous Indigenous People. In fact, widely untaught evidence exists that Africans sailed to the Americas and settled before Columbus. The land was also inhabited by the Mexicans, French and Portuguese. You would know this by seeing a list of some of the early Indigenous people included in the establishing of the local governing body instituted by the new settlers. Of course that isn't being taught in school's and is one of the main reason so many states or omitting the teaching of African studies or as they call it Critical Race Theory so that the real history of America can continue to be his story. The story of the Oppressor. And yet we have people like Niki Haley a presidential candidate that says America isn't a racist country in one sentence then turns around and says she faced racism growing up as an Indian American. The early Americans actually went to war over the issue of Slavery but yet you say this country is not a racist country. The Truth is this country was founded by a group of very wealthy families (The Founding Fathers of the Illuminati) who were tired of paying high taxes to the jolly old King. They funded Columbus's Expedition to the so called New Land, which by the way had already been inhabited by a number of different cultures. See now this is the part most people don't realize, those wealthy families didn't leave their beloved country. They just needed a way to put more money in their pockets so they could keep the old King smiling. Columbus came in 1492 and by the 1500's Europeans open up the Fur Trade with the First Nations of the so called New Land. And from Europe they became the complete Masters of their own little world. A world where they have always been the ones in control. A world where they established the so called government. A world where they established the Religion, a book written by their beloved King James. Now this is where you get the kicker, cotton has always been used in European culture as early as 800 A.D. Since the plant is not native to the region and couldn't be cultivated the Europeans had to import it from the eastern Mediterranean and the Islamic Cultures. When Columbus discovered cotton growing in the Bahama Islands during his journey the same group of wealthy European Families tried to exploit the Indegenious people there but failed due to the rebellions they faced. Well by the 1600's when they introduced slavery in the New Land the birth of the Americas became the driving economy the world over with over 85%of all cotton production coming from the new colonies at the peak of its production. Now you decide which rabbit hole you want to go down or is that you are afraid of the Truth. Feel free to comment.

  • Embracing Fashion Activism: How I Wear My History Boldly

How can you Expect Equality when you were never considered Equal Fashion is not just about the latest trends or the most expensive pieces; it is about telling a story. For me, fashion activism means wearing my history boldly and proudly. Each item I create serves as a canvas that showcases my heritage, values, and the narratives that have shaped who I am today. In this post, I will share my journey of incorporating fashion activism into my wardrobe, revealing how I make a statement without saying a word through style while celebrating my roots. Understanding Fashion Activism Fashion activism is a powerful tool for self-expression and social change. Fashion can be a platform for raising awareness about social issues through powerful campaigns and collaborations with activists and organizations. Supporting designers like me and businesses from underrepresented communities helps amplify their voices and provides opportunities for economic growth and creative expression. It is based on the idea that what we wear reflects our identities and beliefs. By selecting clothing that connects with our personal history, we honor the past and open up discussions about culture, inclusion, and equity. This concept goes beyond aesthetics; it pushes us to think critically about our clothing choices. Are the items ethically sourced? Do they support marginalized communities? Are they reflective of my heritage? As I explore fashion activism, I recognize that every fabric and pattern hold a story waiting to be unveiled. In fact, studies have shown that 66% of consumers consider the values of brands when making purchases, highlighting the importance of conscious fashion choices. The Power of Cultural Representation When I wear my clothing, I embrace more than just fashion; I celebrate my cultural identity. Choosing to wear Conscious Apparel Tees allows me to educate those around me about my heritage as well as the struggles and triumphs of my ancestors. The discussions sparked by my attire have led to meaningful conversations about cultural appreciation versus appropriation, emphasizing the importance of understanding and respecting diverse traditions. This way, my wardrobe becomes a platform for awareness, bridging gaps in understanding through the visibility of my heritage. Supporting Black Entrepreneurs Supporting Black Entrepreneurs is another vital aspect of my fashion activism. When Black-owned businesses succeed, they can become role models and sources of inspiration for others in the community. This empowerment can lead to a stronger, more resilient community. I carefully consider the companies I purchase from, prioritizing those that align with my values of fairness and equity. Brands that promote inclusivity and diversity resonate deeply with me. This choice reflects my larger philosophy of nurturing community, valuing artistry, and seeking a more equitable fashion landscape. According to a survey, 80% of consumers believe that companies should support social causes, making ethical fashion a powerful movement. Fabric as a Medium of Change I Kneel with Kaepernick Fabric has a remarkable ability to convey messages. I often wear pieces emblazoned with powerful statements that resonate with my identity and activism. Apparel featuring quotes in support of social justice or symbolizing environmental awareness become a medium for expressing my beliefs. Each time I wear a piece that carries a message, I know I participate in a larger movement. These garments spark conversations and encourage others to engage with critical social issues. They serve as reminders of our world and the change we can collectively create. By wearing my activism, I let the fabric do the talking, amplifying voices that need to be heard. The Language of Accessories Accessories are often the finishing touches of an outfit, but they can also hold significant meaning. I tend to select jewelry and accessories that tell a story or symbolize a cause important to me. For example, I wear handmade earrings created by artisans in my community, which not only supports local craftsmanship but also reminds me of empowerment and resilience. When someone notices my earrings and asks about them, I get the chance to share the artisans' stories as well as the larger narrative of our cultural heritage. This interplay of fashion and storytelling allows me to engage in meaningful conversations that encourage appreciation for diverse cultures. Celebrating Our Stories Through Fashion Fashion activism is much more than a trend; it is a deeply personal journey of self-expression, cultural celebration, and social commentary. Through clothing and accessories, I wear my history boldly, sharing my story and values with those around me. As I continue to navigate this vibrant landscape of fashion, I encourage others to embrace their unique stories and wear their histories proudly. With every piece we choose, we can spark conversations, promote awareness, and inspire change. Our wardrobes can be testaments to who we are, where we come from, and the positive impact we can have in the world.

  • "The Power of Transparency: Why Citizen Oversight Matters"

Why Transparency Matters More Than Ever When public funds are misused or misallocated, the repercussions are felt deeply within communities, leading to a cascade of negative effects that can hinder growth and development. The implications of such financial mismanagement are far-reaching, impacting vital aspects of daily life. For instance, crumbling infrastructure manifests in pothole-ridden roads, deteriorating bridges, and inadequate public transportation systems, making it difficult for residents to commute safely and efficiently. This deterioration not only affects daily commutes but can also diminish property values and deter potential businesses from investing in the area. Moreover, underfunded schools present a significant challenge, as they struggle to provide quality education to children. The lack of resources can result in overcrowded classrooms, outdated textbooks, and insufficient access to technology, which ultimately hampers students' ability to learn and thrive. Educational programs that once flourished may be cut back or eliminated entirely, leaving students without essential extracurricular activities that foster creativity and personal growth. In addition to education, inadequate public services further exacerbate the challenges faced by communities. Programs that provide recreational opportunities, such as community pools and Boys and Girls Club initiatives, are often the first to suffer when budgets are tight. These programs are crucial for youth engagement, offering safe spaces for children to learn, play, and socialize. Similarly, library programs that promote literacy and lifelong learning can become underfunded, limiting access to information and resources that are essential for personal and professional development. Neighborhood parks, once vibrant and well-maintained, can fall into neglect, becoming overgrown and unsafe. This neglect not only diminishes the quality of life for residents but can also lead to parks being repurposed for other city projects, effectively stripping communities of green spaces that are vital for recreation and relaxation. The loss of these communal areas can diminish social cohesion, as parks often serve as gathering places for families and friends. However, what if citizens had the power to demand accountability from their local governments and ensure that city funds are spent responsibly? This vision of civic engagement is not just a hopeful aspiration; it is a necessary step toward creating a more equitable and transparent system of governance. Transparency should not be viewed merely as an idealistic goal but rather as a fundamental safeguard against corruption and inefficiency that can plague public institutions. By fostering an environment where residents are informed and empowered to track government spending, communities can hold their officials accountable for the decisions they make regarding budget allocations. This process involves understanding the flow of public funds, from their source to their application, and recognizing the importance of civic participation in the budgetary process. When citizens become vigilant watchdogs of their local government, they can advocate for the prioritization of essential services and infrastructure improvements that directly benefit their neighborhoods. Moreover, by participating in public forums, engaging with local leaders, and utilizing tools for tracking government expenditures, every resident has the potential to play a significant role in shaping a better, more honest system. This active participation can lead to a more informed electorate, capable of making decisions that reflect the community's needs and values. Ultimately, a collaborative effort between citizens and government can pave the way for a future where public funds are utilized effectively, fostering thriving communities that are well-equipped to meet the challenges of tomorrow. Importance of Transparency in Public Spending The significance of transparency in public spending cannot be overstated. When citizens have access to clear and comprehensive information about public expenditures, they are better equipped to hold their leaders accountable. This accountability is crucial for several reasons: Enhancing Trust: Transparency builds trust between the government and the populace. When people can see how funds are being spent, they are more likely to believe that their government is acting in their best interests. Reducing Corruption: Open access to spending data makes it more difficult for corrupt practices to flourish. When financial transactions and budget allocations are visible, the likelihood of misappropriation or misuse of funds decreases significantly. Informed Citizenry: Transparency empowers citizens by providing them with the knowledge necessary to engage in informed discussions about public policy and budget priorities. An informed citizenry is more capable of advocating for their needs and interests. Improving Efficiency: When public agencies know that their spending will be scrutinized, they are more likely to seek efficiencies and avoid waste. This can lead to better allocation of resources and improved public services. Mechanisms for Enhancing Transparency Governments can employ various mechanisms to enhance transparency in spending. Some of the most effective strategies include: Open Data Initiatives: Many governments are adopting open data policies that require the publication of financial data in accessible formats. This allows citizens, journalists, and watchdog organizations to analyze spending patterns and identify areas for improvement. Public Reporting: Regular public reports on government expenditures, including detailed breakdowns of budgets and spending, can help keep citizens informed. These reports should be easily accessible and written in clear, understandable language. Engagement Platforms: Governments can create platforms that allow citizens to engage with budgetary processes, such as participatory budgeting initiatives where community members have a say in how funds are allocated. Independent Audits: Conducting independent audits of government spending can provide an additional layer of scrutiny. These audits help ensure that funds are being used appropriately and can identify areas of concern that need to be addressed. Challenges to Achieving Transparency Despite the clear benefits of transparency in government spending, several challenges can hinder its implementation: Resistance to Change: Some government officials may resist transparency initiatives due to fear of scrutiny or a desire to maintain control over information. This resistance can be a significant barrier to reform. Complexity of Data: Government financial data can be complex and difficult to understand. Without proper contextualization and simplification, citizens may struggle to make sense of the information provided. Resource Constraints: Implementing transparency initiatives often requires resources, including funding, training, and technology. In times of budget cuts, these initiatives may be deprioritized. Transparency in government spending is a vital component of a functioning democracy. Find out when your city council meets and become a voice in not only your community but in your city. Now if your city council is like most city council meetings, they usually take place when most of its citizens are working. If you find this to be the case start a petition to have the meeting time changed in order to have signed petitioners present. Remember these are elected officials that work for the People. By ensuring that public funds are managed openly and accountably, governments can foster trust, reduce corruption, and empower citizens. While there are challenges to achieving full transparency, the benefits far outweigh the obstacles. As societies continue to evolve in the digital age, embracing transparency will be crucial for building resilient and responsive governance structures that truly reflect the will and needs of the people. Transparency in government spending is not just an ideal; it is a fundamental pillar that upholds the integrity and functionality of a healthy democracy. When citizens have clear visibility into how public funds are allocated and spent, they are better equipped to hold their elected officials accountable. This accountability is vital in fostering an environment where civic engagement thrives. Therefore, it is imperative for individuals to actively participate in local governance by attending city council meetings, where decisions that affect their lives are made. It is essential to advocate for your community's interests during these gatherings, as this is where the voices of the constituents can be heard and considered. However, it is recognized that many citizens face barriers to attendance, particularly when meetings are scheduled during traditional work hours. In such cases, it is advisable to organize and consider petitioning for a change in the meeting schedule. By advocating for more accessible meeting times, communities can ensure that all voices, especially those of working individuals, are included in the decision-making process. This collective action is a demonstration of civic responsibility and an assertion of the right to participate in governance. Elected officials are public servants who are tasked with representing the interests of their constituents. If your elected official is not prepared to adhere to the voice of their constituents, then you elect someone who will. The open management of public funds not only fosters trust between the government and its citizens but also significantly reduces the chances of corruption. Addressing Community Needs Through Fiscal Responsibility Propose at your next City Council Meeting to reallocate funds by restricting patrol vehicle use to shift hours, eliminating the practice of officers driving vehicles home. This change would reduce fuel, maintenance, and wear costs, allowing savings to be redirected to community needs like parks, youth programs, and public safety infrastructure. This policy promotes fiscal responsibility and efficient resource allocation, ensuring police officers remain accessible during shifts. It can also enhance community trust when residents see optimized spending for their welfare, improving recreational, educational, and emergency services. Addressing patrol vehicle expenditures is an opportunity to advocate for sustainable, community-focused budgeting, making a meaningful impact while maintaining an efficient police presence.

In recent years, Charleston White has become a name often linked to controversy and vibrant discussions about social issues. For many, he represents a polarizing figure known for his fiery rants and unapologetic views. Yet, beneath the sensational surface lies a complex and compelling narrative of a man committed to uplifting his community. While some may see a brash provocateur, others recognize White’s determination to tackle deeper systemic issues within the Black community. Understanding Charleston White means looking beyond his public persona to appreciate his advocacy work. This post explores the multifaceted nature of Brother Charleston White and why his message deserves more than fleeting attention. You will also come to know that I feel where the Brother is coming from on a personal point of view because I have traveled a similar path on trying to uplift our people. Trying to bring change thru the proper channels. Speaking a language to the people who looked like me but forgot what it was like to be like me, which is a black man in America. And yet at the same time alienating a lot of my Brother and Sisters because I'm speaking in a language that they don't understand. I mean seriously how many of our people you know read Blogs. You see you have to realize that Brother Charleston White is every Oppressor's worst nightmare, an educated brother that can talk their talk and knows their game and then like a magician the brother can get real hood and ghetto. Which to be honest with you is what really drives the white man's hatred of the black man plain and simple. He fears that the black man is going to do to him what he has done to the Black Man since the founding of these great United Staes, but that's another rabbit hole to go down. Let us get to know a little about the Brother Charleston White. Here is a clip that many of you may not have seen or even know existed. Charleston White in 2018 Speaking at Weekly City Council Meetings Representing Black Community The Rise to Fame: Understanding the Man Behind the Message Charleston White didn’t suddenly emerge on the public stage. His journey is rooted in personal experience and a relentless pursuit of social justice. Many know him for his outspoken views on a range of topics, often delivered with intense profanity and a lot of degrading remarks about the state of the Black Community. This approach can attract critics, but it also resonates with people who value honesty in a world overflowing with political correctness and hypocrites. For instance, half the things he says can be heard every day on your local radio station and TV channels, but you don't see any one in an uproar about what is being presented to our children, teenagers and young adults. White's work in legislative advocacy is extensive and often overlooked. Over the years, he has collaborated with movements such as the Black Lives Matter movement and local grassroots organizations to drive meaningful change. For example, in 2021, he worked alongside community leaders in Dallas to advocate for police reform initiatives that directly address community concerns about safety and justice. Through initiatives like Helping Young People Excel (HYPE), a platform for mentoring, education, and outreach aimed at steering young people away from the pitfalls of crime and towards more constructive choices. As life is the best teacher, this brother lets his own personal experiences guide others to make better decisions in order to not go down that particular road because he can tell you exactly where it is going to lead to. A SMART MAN LEARNS FROM HIS MISTAKES, A WISE MAN LEARNS FROM OTHERS MISTAKES! When was the last or should I say any time that you have been to a city council meeting. How many e-mails have you sent to your city leaders, public officials or politician. You voted in the Presidential Election, as you should have but did you vote in your city's primary for the elected officials deciding on issues that directly affect you and the community that you work and live in. Amid the controversy, it’s crucial to understand that Charleston White uses his platform to highlight the hardships faced by many in the Black community. His frustration is not without cause; it mirrors the urgent desire for justice and equity felt by those who have been overlooked. You see there is where it gets personal for me because I can understand the frustration of the Brother when he goes into one of his rants. You May Think You Know Charleston White, Think Again!!! https://youtu.be/jp-8jJkSsHA Knowledge is Key: Seeking the Full Picture For some, the connection to Charleston White is limited to his recent fame as a "social media personality" known for his vivid rants. This narrow viewpoint can lead to a misunderstanding of his deeper message. As an advocate, he has invested years in educating others about systemic issues affecting the Black community, including economic disparities, educational inequality, and criminal justice reform. “Lack of knowledge doesn’t make you ignorant, but not wanting to seek knowledge makes you a fool.” This statement encapsulates a vital truth—being uninformed isn’t inherently bad, but resisting the pursuit of understanding can hinder growth. The narrative surrounding White can illuminate a more significant issue: the reluctance to engage in conversations about unconventional views. The discussions he sparks often force people to confront uncomfortable truths about society. If more individuals were willing to listen rather than dismiss, we could foster a more effective dialogue about addressing systemic issues facing the Black community. Moving Beyond Rants: The Call for Action Charleston White’s style may provoke strong responses, yet the facts remain clear—many problems facing the Black community have only intensified over the past few decades. For instance, according to recent reports, Black households face an average wealth gap that is 6.5 times greater than their white counterparts. The call for action has never been louder, demanding collective efforts from individuals across various sectors of society. Critics of White often overlook this pressing call. After years of discussions and meetings aimed at solving community problems, tangible progress remains scarce. With 2024 around the corner, the urgency is evident. The current socio-economic climate permits no room for complacency. It is essential for all voices in the community to take up the mantle of change. Empathy and Understanding: Building Bridges, Not Walls First impressions can create biases that prevent real understanding. By approaching Charleston White's statements with an open mind, both advocates and critics can discover their shared goals: empowerment, justice, and uplifting the Black community. Debates around Charleston White often circle back to the theme of tone versus content—what is being said versus how it’s delivered. While confrontational styles might deter some, they can also stimulate necessary dialogue and challenge complacency. For instance, Black Comedians have always expressed political viewpoints in their humor, some more than others and the sad truth is that every single one of them is expressing their viewpoint on society thru personal experience. Analyzing the issues at hand reveals a significant gap between those experiencing injustice and those observing from afar. Recognizing the lived experiences of others, even when expressed vocally and dramatically, is critical to achieving our collective goal of equity. A Collective Responsibility As we navigate an ever-evolving social landscape, recognizing figures like Charleston White is crucial for shaping our response to the pressing issues facing the Black community. The right to disagree is foundational to American society. However, it’s imperative to actively seek understanding before forming conclusions. Too often, conversations outline challenges without generating actionable solutions. Brother Charleston White emphasizes the need for change, whether through outrage or advocacy. Our collective task is not simply to critique but to turn discourse into action. As we approach 2025, the real challenge lies in our ability to embrace diverse narratives, even those that make us uncomfortable. Together, we can strive for an America that values dialogue while also moving the community forward through understanding, empathy, and accountability. Now, more than ever, the call to listen, learn, and take action resonates throughout our communities, encouraging every voice to join in the chorus for change.

  • Spread The Word

We need to Spread the Word that in today's world, it is crucial to be aware of the misinformation that surrounds us, especially when it comes to the history of early America and its founding. With the available data that is now at the tip of our fingertips thanks to the latest cell phone. I mean, you literally have a small computer at your disposal, the ability to be your own fact-checker. How do you spend your time surfing the web? As we navigate through a sea of information, it is essential to seek knowledge and understanding to separate fact from fiction. Imagine spending 1 hour a day looking up historical records and old newspaper editions. I can promise you the history that we were taught in school is not the history that I discovered being reported at the time, in that specific era. From the early 1700s until the early 1920s, the newspaper publications were pretty much run by private citizens who shared a vetted interest in reporting the truth to the people. Publications like the New York Times and The Chicago Tribune have been around since the 1850s. Media can be manipulated; videos can be edited and altered but print is everlasting. The only way to destroy it is by fire and of course we all know that we have had some huge historical fires over the centuries, right. Many historical narratives have been distorted or misrepresented over time, leading to misconceptions and misunderstandings about the past. You see in today society it has become so easy to manipulate the masses with the help of computers and AI and more importantly the media that it is hard to believe what is fact or fiction. That is of course unless you are willing to do a little fact checking . I know some of you may be asking yourself the question of where do you look for the truth then? You simply follow the paper trail. Explore your library website and view old microfilm and newspapers. Trust me when I tell you it is just the tip of the iceberg. For instance, I helped a friend chase down some leads on his family tree that he had some questions about. By using the library website and looking thru public records, we matched up conclusions I had come up with by using just a little Common Sense in the problem-solving process. When slaves were freed, they literally started with nothing. Not even a Name, which is why a lot of them took the name of their Slave Owner. Nate now became Nate Williams after Master Williams namesake. Brother Malcolm understood this concept which is why he removed his last name and replaced it with X. I then searched in public records and looked for wealthy families in the area his family is from and printed in plain sight was a listing for a white family in the area named Williams that upon looking into deeper found that they owned a plantation with over 200 slaves which were all registered. Property listed and registered at the county offices showing proof of ownership. Now trust me when I tell you it is a process, and you have to be committed to putting in the work and yes some of the information gathering process is going to have a fee associated with gaining access to the site but if you are too cheap to invest in freeing your mind then fine by me. Knowledge Is Power. Nuff Said!!! By delving deeper into the true history of early America, we can gain a more accurate perspective on the events that shaped our nation. The principles that the so-called forefathers put in place that shaped this nation. From the Religion to the use of Slavery to build the wealth of this nation. Are you willing to unlearn everything that you have been taught and face the true narrative that has been purposely hidden from you. The fact that mainstream America wants you to think that all slaves came from the continent of Africa, which is only part of the truth. Fact is a majority of the individuals that made up the slave trade were the Indigenous People that were already inhabitants of the land that Christopher Columbus so famously discovered. With that part of history being understood you would realize why it is a slap in the face to be labeled an African American. I don't know about you, but I have seen pictures of my Great-Great Grandmother and her sisters from my mother's side of the family. I've been told the stories past down from generations by my Great Uncles that our lineage is mixed with the Choctaw Indians of Oklahoma. I'm sure you've heard the old saying, of how some black folks will claim they gotta a lil Indian in them. Well, there may be more fact in that statement than some people are willing to talk about. Just one of the many topics that I will be touching on in future Blog Post. You see I am here to tell you the bitter truth. It is time to awaken the people to the importance of seeking knowledge and becoming aware of the misinformation that has been perpetuated. By educating ourselves and others, we can ensure that the true stories of our past are preserved and shared for future generations. To teach the young what we learned to late is my purpose and to spark a narrative of change that is long overdue and needed in the Black Community. It is up to us to do what is best for our own communities and demand justice and equality because it will not be given to us. A point that has been made clear if you look at the treatment of Blacks in this country since its founding. Make America Great Again, my question is making it great for whom? Let us embark on a journey of discovery and enlightenment, challenging the narratives that have been accepted for too long. Together, we can uncover the truths that have been hidden and honor the legacy of early America with integrity and authenticity. In today's fast-paced and information-saturated world, the need to discern truth from falsehood has never been more pressing. Particularly when it comes to the historical accounts of early America and its foundational moments, a critical eye and a thirst for knowledge are indispensable tools.

Got your attention with that one didn't I. So now I'm sure you are wondering what got me these results without the help of pills, supplements and by not spending one single day in the gym. I simply quit eating a lot of the junk that is being passed off as food. I no longer eat any fast food, McDonald's, Burger King, Chick-Fil-A and the list goes on. A lot of the items in the grocery store I no longer eat and the biggest one for me is sugar, which I now substitute with honey. Trust me when I tell you coffee taste better with a teaspoon of honey. Honestly the list of items in our grocery stores that we shouldn't be eating is a mile long and I will give you the scoop on all of them in future post and trust me when I say you're going to want to buckle up for that Blog post because the list is mind blowing. Yet everything in the stores is approved by the FDA, which brings me to the point of putting them in the spotlight. Everything that you have learned about nutrition and the fact that the FDA has been telling us for as long as I can remember that you should have three complete meals a day: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Now before I go any further, I want you to look up how long it takes the body to digest a meal. Remember to take into account the type of food you are eating and the individual differences because we are all different, but normally it takes this much time for food to digest, as stated by Doctor Elizabeth Rajan, M.D. and believe me when I say that I didn't just include the information from one search but several different Medical sites and I decided to go with the information provided by Dr. Rajan- Specialties: Gastroenterology with over 21 years' experience at the MAYO Clinic Digestion time varies among individuals and between men and women. After you eat, it takes about six to eight hours for food to pass through your stomach and small intestine. Food then enters your large intestine (colon) for further digestion, absorption of water and, finally, elimination of undigested food. It takes about 36 hours for food to move through the entire colon. All in all, the whole process — from the time you swallow food to the time it leaves your body as feces — takes about two to five days, depending on the individual. Elizabeth Rajan, M.D. Now let us just think about that for a minute and apply a little Common Sense to the equation. If it takes the body that long to process a single meal what is the effect of eating three times a day. The answer is simple, you are overworking the hell out of your body and that gut you can't seem to get rid of isn't really your gut but unprocessed food that has yet to be digested or should I just simply say, "It's poop!!!" and to make matters worse a lot of that poop sitting in your digestive tract is just sitting there, why; because your body doesn't know what to do with it mainly because a lot of what you have been eating has no nutritional value at all to your body but don't worry, we'll get to that subject later and believe me when I tell you that rabbit hole runs deep. Here's an example for you that occurred after me giving a co-worker some advice on things I no longer purchase in grocery stores. I was telling him that I only buy bread now from the bakery because it is cook daily and has only natural ingredients and is way better for you than the light bread that you normally buy and have been buying for years. After a few weeks had past my Co-worker comes up to me and states that he will never buy that type of bread ever again. He went on to tell me how mad he was that the bread from the bakery only lasted about 4 days before he had to throw it out because it was starting to mold. He went on to state how the bread he normally buys last him for at least two weeks and doesn't mold at all. Now for those of us with a little Common Sense you can imagine the expression on my face and believe me when I tell you that I just really wanted to go into my Fred G. Sanford mode and say, "You Big Dummy!", but after about a 2 second pause I decided to let the Dummy be a Dummy. You see everyone the thing my Co-worker was ignorant of was in his own statement. "My bread doesn't mold after two weeks while the bread from the bakery was molded after 4 days." Now I'm sure you guys have seen all the viral videos of people showing how they bought some particular food item (McDonald's, Chick-Fil-A... etc.) and let it sit out and the food did not mold. The food doesn't mold because it really isn't food. It is nothing but a bunch of toxins, chemical and preservatives that manufactures use to give the product a longer shelf life. Read the ingredient label on some of your favorite foods and you literally have to be a Science Teacher to know what the hell is listed. So short and sweet, not to waste your time because I could literally write a book about this. Applying a little Common Sense to your everyday living can lead to some eye-opening events the question is are you willing to unlearn everything that you have been taught. Here are some tips that will help you cut out processed foods. Start by filling your plate with fresh fruits, veggies, lean proteins like chicken or fish, and whole grains such as brown rice. Plan Ahead : Meal prep for the week so you won't rely on packaged meals. Read Labels : If it has more than 5 ingredients or any you can't pronounce, skip it. Swap : Replace sugary snacks with nuts or fresh fruit. Ditch soda for water or herbal tea. Cook More : Home-cooked meals give you control over what goes into your body. Be Mindful : Focus on your hunger and fullness cues to avoid overeating.
